Cheryl has been practicing the art of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork for over 10 years. She is proficient in several therapeutic modalities including: Trigger Pt Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, CranialSacral Therapy & Pre/PostNatal Massage.
Through her study and practice she continued to be drawn to aiding the body's healing processes not only structurally through massage but, also functionally through nutrition & wellness practices.
Since 2009 Cheryl as trained along side General Medical Practitioners, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and other Health Professionals in the Loomis Institute of Enzyme Nutrition.
Cheryl enjoys being able to assist individuals in returning the body's ability to self-heal through nourishing the body. An enzyme & nutritional treatment plan is relatively short-term and more complete in comparison to the medication or surgery solutions suggested by Doctors. This is because these treatment plans target the cause of the symptoms and dysfunction.
Specializing in Women's Nutritional Health, Cheryl can assist in maintaining the delicate balance of a women's body through Adolescence, her Child Bearing Years & Menopause. Adult and child allergies to food or environmental can also be reduced if not eliminated through these treatments.
